Is there a template for the final version?

Yes, the template for the final version is the same as for the technical paper with the addition of author(s) name(s) and affiliations. It be can found here: https://www.plea2020.org/templates
Is there a template for the presentation?

There is no template for the presentations. However, they must adhere to the 7-minutes limit and be submitted in mp4 format. We will add the PLEA logo during edition. Guidelines on how to create video presentations can be found here: https://www.plea2020.org/guidelines-on-recording-presentatio
I submitted a paper that was registered by other co-author. How can I register for the Conference?

Only one registration per paper is required. All co-authors will enjoy the same access, they don´t need to register.
I am the main author and presenter of an accepted paper. Can other co-author register the paper for me?

Yes, any co-author can register the paper. They must reflect the paper ID and title during the registration process.
I have already registered and paid for one paper and I would like to register a second one but the system does not allow it.

When you register you are offered the option of registering 1,2 or 3 papers. However, once the registration is completed, it is not possible to add the second paper by default. You can contact us at plea2020@plea2020.org to edit the registration or ask other co-author to register the paper.

My paper was accepted as poster, I have uploaded the final version but I will not upload the poster. Will the paper be included in the Proceedings?"

If the paper was accepted and registered, it will be published in the proceedings, even if the poster is not uploaded.

If the paper was accepted and registered, it will be published in the proceedings, even if the recorded presentation is not uploaded. Papers with missing recorded presentations cannot be presented during the online conference.
I have registered the paper, can other person present it?"

Yes, any of the co-authors can present the paper
